Seeking a candidate that is looking to take on a leadership role under the mentorship of a regional director and lead a busy office that is an integral part of the Stamford community. This position also will include the ability to lead grow and mentor staff as well.
ACCESS PT is a 100% PT/Familyowned and managed company that operates over 60 exceptional clinics across 4 states. We are seeking an experienced FullTime Physical Therapist to oversee and grow our Stamford NY facility in a Director capacity.
This position is an opportunity for leadership growth to lead an established office that is next to a busy orthopedic office and is a great opportunity for collaboration with a strong clinical team and referring providers as well. The job will require managing the daily operations and growth of the clinic for success and mentorship of the team to provide a high level of quality individualized care.
What You Will Do as a Physical Therapist Director:
Build meaningful connections with your patients.
Develop customized plans of care based on the most uptodate evidencebased practices and treatments.
Provide timely communication with referral sources patients and leaders.
Set and achieve professional goals and career growth.
Manage daytoday operations of the clinic.
Resolve customer service issues.
Schedule meetings and inservices.
Help formulate and execute marketing ideas and look for new business opportunities.
Facilitate communication between clinical staff and customer service specialists.
Help hire and train new staff members.
Arrange community outreach activities.
Help educate the staff on different treatment techniques and the different ways you can go about treating different diagnoses.
