This role could be based in Germany (100% remote) or Switzerland (80% remote).

Tasks

Are you ready to revolutionize the way organizations approach talent management As a consultant youll lead the charge in modernizing HR processes and guiding customers towards a seamless human experience. Heres what youll be doing:

• Spearheading implementation projects in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals Succession & Development Learning or Recruiting.
• Providing expert guidance to customers not just in solving technical challenges but also in driving project organization and process modernization.
• Cultivating a culture of knowledgesharing within the team supporting colleagues in their development and fostering a collaborative environment where ideas flourish.

Requirements

What makes you the perfect fit for this role

• Extensive experience in multiple implementation projects within SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• A thirst for learning and a passion for sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Exceptional selforganization and communication skills.
• Proficiency in German and English with a moderate willingness to travel.
