Job Description
Creating a schedule for production
Setting quality standards
Ensuring production is costeffective and the production process is economical
Overseeing team members while maximizing efficiency
Reducing expenses across product lines
Maintaining product quality as set by management
Collaborate with team members to set & evaluate production goals
Determining ways to improve production efficiency
Motivating supporting & guiding team members.
Ensuring health & safety protocols of machinery equipment & manpower.
