Job Description:
1.Design and Development: Utilize the PEGA platform to design develop and implement solutions for dispute management processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
2.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for dispute resolution systems or processes translating them into technical specifications and design solutions.
3.Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the PEGA Smart Dispute application to meet specific business needs and requirements leveraging PEGAs capabilities for workflow automation decisioning and user interface development.
4.Demonstrated experience in PEGA Smart Dispute development with a focus on designing and implementing solutions for dispute management processes in banking domain. Banking Domain experience is MUST
5.Strong proficiency in PEGA PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander) platform including workflow automation decisioning user interface development and integration capabilities.
6.Solid understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices related to dispute management and resolution.
PEGA certification(s) related to Smart Dispute or PRPC development is a plus
