Job Description:

We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a detail-oriented Onsite Content Coordinator specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

As the Onsite Content Coordinator - CRM, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the content displayed on our website and other digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement. Your primary focus will be on leveraging CRM data and insights to deliver personalized and targeted content that resonates with our audience and supports our overall marketing objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Content and Director of SEO, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our content aligns seamlessly with our brand voice, target demographics, and overarching SEO & Marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRM team to understand customer segmentation, preferences, and behaviour.
  • Utilize CRM data and insights to develop and implement content strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate the creation and deployment of personalized onsite content, including product recommendations, promotional offers, and targeted messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze onsite content performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
  • Continuously optimize onsite content based on CRM data, A/B testing results, and best practices to maximize effectiveness and impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, or CRM, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Fast track and open to learn smartico) and some experience in data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong understanding of online casino and sports betting audiences, with the ability to engage both fiat and crypto gamers.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and their impact on onsite content performance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Certification or coursework in CRM, digital marketing, or related fields.
