Requirements

  • Are local to Hyderabad India and comfortable working from our Hyderabad office location.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 10 Years in a senior leadership role overseeing talent acquisition and talent management functions.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices talent development strategies and performance management processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent branding initiatives is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR technology and analytics tools for datadriven decisionmaking.
