Leading Gaming Client Community Moderator
(Working from Home)
Start date TBC. At this moment we are looking to guage interest levels.
Training is carried out from home in an online virtual classroom and must be attended 100%. Training time is paid in full.
Language Skills
Fluent English (Spoken & Written)
AND EITHER
Native German
OR Fluent French Russian Italian Spanish or Portuguese
Hours 6 hours per week to begin with (This role will be PartTime)
The role will involve:
- Engagement Moderation crafting personal appropriate onbrand responses to players.
- Monitoring all assigned Community channels applying gaming companies moderation guidelines and actions as appropriate.
- Coordinating activities and actions with team members and company representatives.
- Depending on the assigned studio there may be limited direct engagement with players and/or templated responses provided.
- Understanding of escalation pathways for sensitive or critical content in accordance with the clients guidelines.
- Able to taskswitch with ease and evolve as the requirements of the role change over time.
Please note: This role is on a selfemployed basis therefore you would need to arrange payment of your Tax and National Insurance to HMRC but we can help you with this so please dont let this put you off.

Wired connection to broadband (Fibre broadband at least 15 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) n.b Wireless is not permitted and will not work
