Location: Hybrid Multiple Locations (Canada)



About the Company:

Our client is a Crown corporation providing specialized and personalized financial services to farming operations. Our client offers financing insurance software learning programs and other business services to producers agribusiness owners and agrifood entrepreneurs across the country.



Responsibilities:

  • Establish a design system in Figma based on the clients internal design component library

  • Create current state design assets for implementation teams based on the underlying product that they maintain

  • Develop and iterate on wireframes mockups and prototypes for new business and user requirements

  • Proactively identify design problems and collaborate with implementation teams to improve existing product design

  • Create a design process to how to maintain version control for design assets and train implementation teams on the process

  • Train and coach implementation teams on using Figma as a design tool for collaboration when collaborating on business and user requirements


Requirements:

Required Experience

  • 5years minimum UI/UX design for Web or Mobile apps

  • 4years minimum using Figma as design tool

  • 2 minimum UI/UX design projects in Canadian banking or financial services industry

  • 2 minimum UI/UX design projects for employee based products

  • Experience in leading development / implementation teams on UI/UX design principles

  • Personal design portfolio with examples of UI/UX design projects for digital products


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Figma for creating wireframes mockups and prototypes

  • Ability to collaborate with implementation teams to translate business and user requirements into design solutions

  • Excellent visual design skills

  • Systems thinking on how to organize design assets for teams and manage design assets version control

  • Excellent communications skills including presenting new design concepts and engaging implementation teams to identify business and user requirements

Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Skills: Top Skills Required: Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in change management consultancy. Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability to quickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture. Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required: Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets: Minimum 7 years experience in employee and/or organizational effectiveness or change management. Advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness or change management principles and practices. Change management certification or designation. Strong understanding of Financial institutions and/or previous experience providing change management support for financial institutions
