Cath Lab Technologist

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a 13week contract assignment in Salinas California.

Estimated payment breakdown

$3600.00 per week in taxable pay and nontaxable stipends

• Shift: 7:30am 1600 Monday Friday with occasional after hours and on call shifts. Weekends are only call as well. On average 1 call day a week and 1 weekend a month.

Job Description:

Cath Lab Tech with w/2 Years of Recent experience. Call: based on department needs but usually one day per weekday and one weekend per month Holidays covered with call; Cath/Angio EP Experience needed; may need to float to different locations if needed.

***The manager is looking for techs with EP experience structural heart experience and Minimum of 1year Cardiac Catheterization Lab experience.

Requirements:

One of the following credentials: Current ARRT registration with CI credentials; or RCIS or RCES credentials from CCI; or CEPS certification from IBHRE.

For CVT program graduates: Anyone (1) of the following credentials required: RCIS or RCES credentials from CCI; or CEPS certification from IBHRE

**Note if you have a RCIS then you do not need the fluoro license**

ACLS BLS (must be AHA)

Must have COVID vaccination.

At least 2 year of recent acute care experience in specialty

Education:

Graduate of CAHEP accredited CVT program or Completion of 2 (two) years Radiologic Technology training program approved by AMA

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Experience with using everyday technology tools (e.g email Microsoft Office voicemail internet/intranet to access organize and store jobrelated information. EMR.
