Are you ready to make a profound impact on families lives while advancing your career in family law Were on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Family Solicitor to join our clients team and take on a diverse caseload of privately funded matters.
As a Family Solicitor youll be at the forefront of providing expert legal advice and support across a spectrum of issues including divorce financial provision prenuptial agreements cohabitation Children Act matters and separation agreements. Reporting directly to the Supervising Partner youll have the autonomy to manage your caseload while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
Were looking for someone who:
Boasts a minimum of 2 years PQE in family law
Excels in client care offering expert legal guidance in line with SRA Code of Conduct
Is a whiz with IT tools and systems
Demonstrates prowess in business development with a track record of successful marketing strategies
Can meet and exceed fee generation targets
Keeps their knowledge and skills up to date through CPD and internal training
Has a proven track record of managing their caseload efficiently
Thrives under pressure and can manage deadlines effectively
Possesses excellent drafting communication and technical skills
