Peppermint is a robotics company based out of Pune (INDIA). Started in 2019 in SINE IIT Bombay Peppermint Robotics has grown into a leader in commercial cleaning robots and has its operations across 5 countries. Peppermint Robotics has teams based out of its offices in Pune Bangalore Ahmedabad Dubai and Austin (TX USA) and is looking to add leaders and visionaries to its HQ team at Pune (INDIA)
Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Sr. Robotics Solutions Engineer . The Robotics Solutions Engineer will play a key role in technically validating developing integrated robotics solutions and implementation of these robots at customer locations. This is a holistic role which oversees Robot lifecycle from R&D to Customer success.

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Robotics or related field.
What The Work Looks Like:
- Utilize engineering expertise and knowledge to design and implement custom product solutions based on customer requirements.
- Engage with customers regularly to understand the workflows and ensure project alignment along with all stakeholders.
- Manage projects endtoend including planning procurement manufacturing oversight testing deployment and support.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and address challenges
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Oversee Customer Implementation and handover to aftersales team.
Experience and Skills / Qualities We Deeply Value:
- 35 years of industry experience
- Proven experience in Software Backend Development and project management. Any experience in Robotics Software Engineering is useful and deeply valued.
- Clear and Strong communication skills including ability to articulate complex technical problems into actionable solutions.
- Problemsolving abilities and adaptability with first principles thinking.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms and technologies.
- Ability to research independently and learn quickly
