Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B and B2B2C partnerships with schools including preschools and K12 institutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships with schools preschools and K12 institutions.
  • Identify and prioritize target schools based on strategic fit market potential and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including school administrators principals teachers and decisionmakers.
  • Present EleFants value proposition and offerings to schools emphasizing the benefits of integrating our toy library service into their curriculum and programs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to customize solutions and address the unique needs of each school partner.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements pricing and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and on boarding new school partners.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to school partners ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics pipeline activity and revenue targets to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic sales business development or partnerships particularly in the education sector.
  • Experience working with schools preschools or K12 institutions with a deep understanding of the education landscape and decisionmaking process.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities develop solutions and drive results.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with school partners and attend industry events.
  • Passion for education child development and making a positive impact in the community.
