Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Post Sales Specialist with a background in residential real estate. The CRM Post Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with customers postsales ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to occupancy. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers postsales providing timely and personalized assistance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
  2. PostSales Support:

    • Coordinate and facilitate the handover process from sales to operations ensuring a smooth transition for customers.
    • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the occupancy process including movein logistics warranty inquiries and orientation sessions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any postsales issues or challenges faced by customers.
  3. Documentation and Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Prepare and distribute relevant documentation to customers including purchase agreements warranties and occupancy guidelines.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to postsales activities and customer feedback.
  4. Customer Feedback and Improvement:

    • Gather feedback from customers regarding their postsales experience and satisfaction levels.
    • Analyze feedback to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
    • Proactively recommend and implement initiatives to improve postsales processes and customer satisfaction.
