Main activities

  • Drive revenue growth and exceed targets by cultivating strong relationships with new and existing customers focusing on the Eastern European market.
  • Foster enduring partnerships with key clients promoting Atemes latest OTT solutions to maximize revenue potential.
  • Shape and refine sales strategies in alignment with our companys vision aiming to solidify our position as a market leader known for inclusivity and innovation.
  • Lead with empathy and cooperation in customer interactions steering the charge towards growth while maintaining a supportive and collaborative approach.
  • Expand market reach through strategic partnerships and reseller relationships leveraging indirect approaches to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with presales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Provide valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and shape future product development.

Essential requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience in telecom broadcast or related industries demonstrating a deep understanding of complex solutions and new technologies.
  • Track record of success in selling to telecom operators and broadcasters with a focus on generating revenue and achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a knack for building rapport at all levels including Clevel executives.
  • Strong team player mentality adept at sharing knowledge and collaborating effectively to close deals and drive results.
  • Positive attitude and a relentless pursuit of success maintaining a spirit of inclusivity and encouragement throughout the sales cycle.

    Location:

    The role will ideally be based in Poland / Warsaw with extensive travels in Eastern Europe and Baltics
