Attending virtual sales meetings.
Responding to clients queries via email or calls.
Determining a clients business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
Answering any technical questions the client might have
Presenting your findings to the technical team & project manager to act on after confirmation from the Project manager convey the outcome to the client
Carry out coldcalling in order to create interest in products and services generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
