Responsibilities
Work Location: *PRODUCTION PLANT
Shift: *6:30AM TO 3:30PM (ON CALL AS NECESSARY)

Reports to: *PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Summary:
*The primary function of Plant Maintenance is to work with the Plant Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives
Perform related duties as assigned by Plant Maintenance Supervisor*
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Visually inspect and listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with Shift Supervisors or other maintenance personnel to diagnose problem or repair
Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts
Clean and lubricate shafts bearings gears and other parts of equipment in addition to any other preventative maintenance
Assist in maintaining service and repair records for equipment as well as inventory of supply and repair parts on hand to make timely repairs
Inspect product to verify conformance to specifications
Recommend measures to improve production methods equipment performance and quality of product
Promote team effort in helping each other.
