Are you an experienced Accounts SemiSenior looking for your next opportunity in the heart of Brighton TPF Recruitment is currently seeking candidates for a fantastic role with one of our clients a small independent accountancy practice.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping accounts preparation and VAT returns for a diverse client base.
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide support in company secretarial work and new client onboarding processes.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of service charge accounts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all client deadlines are met.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members as required.
Requirements
Our client is looking for a candidate who is:
- ATT qualified ACA or ACCA partqualified or someone who is qualified by experience.
- Prior experience working in an accountancy practice environment.

Essential skills and experience: ACA/ACCA qualified with a demonstrable track record of accounts experience in an accountancy practice Excellent technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporation tax, VAT and P11Ds Ability to perform to a high technical and professional standard Desirable: working knowledge of Caseware, Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, Alphatax and CCH.
