Office Assistant

Pay rate: $16.50
Location: Santa Ana CA

Office Assistant needed to assist with the daytoday office and support duties due to an increased workload and support
office coverage

Job Description:
General office duties under the direction of Office Services administrative supervisors.
Receptionist duties that include answering telephone calls and referring callers who may
be better served elsewhere and personally assist callers by providing standard information
on policies programs and procedures in accordance with OCWRs agency guidelines.
Miscellaneous office duties as they become apparent.

Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to efficiently and professionally communicate to a high call volume of phone calls.
Bilingual: English/Spanish fluency highly preferred.
Working knowledge of MS Office that includes light MS Word Excel and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize and multitask assignments

Length of Assignment:
Not to exceed 90Calendar Days
Extension of assignment not guaranteed.
Schedule: 8:30 am 5 pm Monday through Friday
