Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Administration Head with expertise in company administration finance and accounting to join our client a renewable energy company.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead finance and administrative functions while also facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders.
While fluency in Mandarin is not mandatory the ideal candidate should have the ability to understand and speak Mandarin to effectively engage with Mandarinspeaking stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting to support strategic decisionmaking processes.
- Oversee all aspects of company administration including office operations human resources and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage accounting functions such as reconciling accounts processing invoices and overseeing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Serve as a key liaison between the client and Mandarinspeaking stakeholders including clients vendors and partners to foster positive relationships and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects meetings and events providing necessary support and assistance as required.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with Mandarinspeaking stakeholders facilitating communication to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients vendors and partners to drive business growth and enhance collaboration opportunities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to finance and administrative staff fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or a related field; Masters degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred.
- Ability to understand and speak Mandarin to engage effectively with Mandarinspeaking stakeholders.
- Proven experience in company administration finance or accounting roles preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and oversee relationships with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve organizational goals.
