Job Overview:

Our Company is seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Associate Program professional to join our team. This position is open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who have a strong interest in project management and a desire to contribute to impactful projects within the organization. In this role you will work closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects including defining project scope objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as engineering finance marketing and operations to support project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
  • Prepare project reports presentations and documentation for management review and updates.
  • Assist in managing project budgets resources and timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing project updates and gathering feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support other team members in their roles and contribute to a positive team environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in project management or a related role (internships coop experiences or relevant coursework will be considered).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Asana or Trello is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to tasks.
