The Role:

As our 1st Line Support Technician you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional tech support to users. With your ability to troubleshoot problems and your customercentric approach you will help users navigate through their tech challenges ensuring their satisfaction and continued productivity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide firstline support to users addressing queries and issues via phone email and chat.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware problems guiding users through stepbystep solutions.
• Document all user interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
• Assist in maintaining our knowledge base by updating and creating help articles.
• Collaborate with the 2nd and 3rd line support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in tech support and customer service practices to enhance our services.
