Optimus is assisting a toptier provider of innovative electronics and technology solutions in recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager (Social Media).

Location: Manila

Work setup: Onsite; MonFri

Responsibilities

As the Digital Marketing Manager for social media platforms you will lead efforts to drive sales and revenue growth through strategic social media marketing initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in social media platforms content creation and community engagement to increase brand awareness attract qualified leads and convert followers into customers.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to drive traffic engagement and sales through our social media channels.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our social media presence including content creation publishing community management and advertising campaigns.
  • Create compelling and engaging content tailored to each social media platform to resonate with our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Utilize data analytics and insights to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns optimize content strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and product teams to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing emerging platforms and digital advertising technologies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our social media strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration Video Production Courses Software Editing courses Multimedia arts or any related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing and driving sales through social media channels.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns that drive measurable results including increased engagement traffic and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices for content creation distribution and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in social media marketing strategies.
