- Documenting current business processes including face to face phone email or video
- conferencing communications
- Inventory catalog and comprehensively document all existing roles processes and
- procedures involved in the operation of the departments (Accounting Budget
- Disbursements Finance Revenue and Reporting functions)
- Ability to draft precise and exhaustive procedures
