Overview:
As a Fresher MBBS RMO (Resident Medical Officer) you will play a crucial role in providing primary healthcare services and medical care to patients. You will be responsible for assisting senior medical staff diagnosing patients and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare. Your role is vital in maintaining the overall wellbeing of patients and contributing to the efficient functioning of the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and examining patients to establish their medical condition
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to obtain information on a patients condition
- Attending ward rounds with consultant medical staff
- Providing general pre and postoperative care
- Monitoring and administering medication as prescribed by senior healthcare providers
- Collaborating with other medical and healthcare professionals to devise individual care plans for patients
- Conducting routine procedures like venepuncture cannulation and wound management
- Assisting in medical emergencies
- Keeping accurate records and documenting patient care services
- Keeping abreast of medical developments treatments and medications
Required Qualifications:
- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the Medical Council
- Excellent understanding of medical procedures patient care and healthcare protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
