Financial Planning and Analysis amp Investor Relations Support

Overview:

Join Inspire Brands Asia and Anytime Fitness Asia as our FP&A Analyst & Investor Relations supporting our rapid growth in 2024. Reporting to the Head of FP&A this role is critical in driving financial performance and strengthening investor relationships. Engage directly with leadership and commercial teams to provide key financial insights and maintain investor communications for our corporate gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct variance analyses and financial evaluations for corporate clubs.
• Participate in forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
• Develop financial models and reports identifying trends and KPIs.
• Establish strong investor relationships managing all communications and inquiries with professionalism.
• Support cost optimization initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field. CFA CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience with a strong background in financial modeling budgeting and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
• Proven client management and team collaboration skills.
• Detailoriented proactive and adaptable to dynamic environments.
