This is a fulltime hybrid role as a B2BBusiness Development Specialist at Codeblu which is an Enterprise Learning Platform from Eduonix Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd located in Navi Mumbai. We re currently extending our tribe and are looking for a Sales Manager to help us achieve our growth objectives. You will be working closely with cofounders and existing sales team to:
  • Generate leads via outreach activities (mailing phone industry events etc) conduct meetings perform upselling cross selling
  • Perform customer demos and follow ups
  • Maintain CRM produce analytics and sales reports.
Compensation:
  • Base salary
  • Aggressive incentives
Background and skills required:
  • You have minimum 1 year of experience and a proven track record with B2B Software sales
  • You have got successful prior experience working for startups and can demonstrate your direct contribution to growth.
  • You have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain successful client relationships
  • You are passionate about the product you re selling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (with personal natural style that is effective with SMEs)
  • You are familiar with most popular B2B lead generation tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and CRM
  • You have solid analytical skills: you are able to provide high quality analytics and reports with relevant tools (e.g. CRM Excel)
