We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer with expertise in working on Azurebased systems including web database APIs and AI services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) cloud security and Azure networking.
As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of Azurebased systems. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment of applications implement cloud security best practices and monitor and maintain Azure networking and connectivity to ensure optimal performance and uptime. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents and issues related to Azurebased systems and identify and implement process improvements to enhance the reliability and performance of systems.
Responsibilities:
Build deploy and maintain highly available scalable and reliable Azurebased systems
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the scalability reliability and performance of web database APIs and AI services
Design build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support continuous deployment of applications
Implement cloud security best practices for Azurebased systems including IAM network security and data protection
Monitor and maintain Azure networking and connectivity to ensure optimal performance and uptime
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and issues related to Azurebased systems

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
10 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in DevOps roles
Expertise in building and maintaining Azurebased systems including web database APIs and AI services
Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins Azure DevOps or GitLab CI/CD
Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices including IAM network security and data protection
Handson experience with Azure networking including VNet Firewall ExpressRoute and DNS
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
