Director of Sales (Remote)

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic manager to lead our sales team focused on serving Small and Mediumsized Businesses (SMBs). Your handson approach to leadership will be instrumental in cultivating a highperformance sales culture. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our talented sales team providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in lead generation curation and closing.

Furthermore your commitment to team development will be evident as you ensure our sales force is not only welltrained but also motivated to achieve and surpass their targets. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales leader to make a significant impact in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach inbound full cycle reps
  • Lead and coach SDRs
  • Lead and coach Account Executives
  • Lead by example serving as a handson sales leader actively building pipeline and closing deals.
  • Develop coaching strategies to help inbound and outbound sales achieve their targets and develop their sales skills.
  • Ongoing optimization of the sales processes tools and metrics to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and customer success to ensure the best customer journey from messaging to success using Software Company.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to define and execute on the companys overall growth strategy.

Experience

  • Experience selling SMB software with high velocity sales cycles
  • 5 years in B2B SaaS sales with 3 leading a sales team
  • 2 years leading outbound sales team
  • Exceptional communication leadership sales and organizational skills
  • Must have experience with closing deals
  • Experience with CRM Sales Engagement & Conversational Intelligence software
  • Must have experience with full cycle SaaS sales and FAST deal cycles under 30 days
  • Must come prepared with 30 60 90 day plan
  • Must have exceptional coaching skills you will be conducting role plays and coaching sessions with your team daily
  • Bonus: Experience working at a bootstrapped company

Compensation and Benefits:

This Director position offers a $5000$6667/monthly guaranteed Base Salary and a yearly bonus depending on team performance.

OTE $100000 USD annually:
