Process Details

As a Probationary Associate you will be at the forefront of our International voice process engaging with professionals in the US Healthcare Industry verifying Patient Information Claim details and resolving queries.

Eligibility

• Flexibility to work in shifts to accommodate our International operations.
• Proficiency in spoken English with a strong command and good comprehension skills.
• Any Diploma / Graduate with a strong verbal & written command of English.

Compensation and Benefits

• Entry LevelProbationary Associate (PA): 1.8 Lakhs 2.4 Lakhs per annum.
• International Voice ProcessPatient Calling (PC): 3 Lakhs per annum.
