• Maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, pool side and gym facilities along with kids club and game room. • Promote the facilities to hotel residents and perspective members for membership. • Handles Kids Club and game room • Informs malfunctioning lighting and mechanical equipment. • Assisting the guest in the use of the Spa – sauna, steam & hot tub. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations • To maintain the appropriate attitude and physique to reflect and promote the image of recreation and fitness center. • Adhere to all health and safety regulations • Present at the recreation reception and answers the phone, obtains and delivers phone messages. GENERAL • Communicate effectively with all other departments • Ability to work a flexible roster • Attend meetings, training sessions and any other required meeting or training session. • Identify opportunities to innovate service delivery and product offering to meet and exceed client expectations. • Ensure safe work practices are adopted at all time and report any OHS concerns immediately to your direct manager or HR Manager. • Consistently meet hotel standard of room presentation. • Able to meet productivity targets. • Guest satisfaction and feedback • Achieve on time completion of all rooms under supervision in accordance with hotel service standards.
