Working Student IT support all genders

We are looking for an Internal IT Working Student (all genders) to start immediately in our office in Berlin Germany!

This position is a limited contract for one year.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Working together with the Internal IT team on providing efficient and methodical service
• Assisting in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Deploying and maintaining technical equipment for employees
• Inventory tracking of deployed technical equipment
• Administrating access for internal technical services

You are:

• Eager to work in an international company with an international team
• Proactive and selfreliant you work independently to achieve goals and prioritise work as needed
• Reliable and committed to delivering highquality work
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about IT and technology as a whole
• Solving technical problems and contributing to process changes

You have:

• Experience supporting macOS and Windows computers
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (at least CEFR C1)
• An analytical mindset and are able to communicate complex matters in a structured ways

Nice to have:

• Experience using Google products
• Written and spoken German skills (at least CEFR B2)
