Carter Maddox is currently searching for a Senior Sales Engineer for a leading solar tracking and tracker manufacturer, who are looking to dramatically expand their operations.☀️⚡

What we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic customer focus with a technical background
  • Working knowledge of PV site design and requirements
  • Commitment to thoughtful, rapid, disciplined execution
  • Cross functional coordination with engineering teams globally to create and update new product standards, design changes, and project-related issues
  • Attention to detail and ability to raise and escalate issues as they arise
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Self-Motivation as well as commitment to team success
  • Strong organisational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyse customer information for successful bid and RFT submission.
  • Identify, target, and educate key decision makers from both EPC’s and developers/owners on value propositions and USP’s.
  • Collaborates with internal cross-functional departments to ensure optimal winning bid strategies in a timely manner.
  • Issue preliminary bids based on available project information with appropriate qualifications.
  • Work closely with the team Director, regional leader and/or business development team members on creative deal structuring and bid strategy.
  • Properly maintain customer and stakeholder expectations, ensure timely response to stakeholders.
