• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients building and maintaining strong relationships

• Handle inquiries requests and concerns from clients promptly and professionally striving for swift issue resolution.
  
• Maintain accurate client records contracts and communication history using our CRM system
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients media campaigns including scheduling content creation and performance tracking
  
• Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services
  

Requirements for this Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor job in Cape Town South Africa:

• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  
• Previous experience in customer service account management or a related field is advantageous
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
