Full commissioned Principal Recruiter uncapped commission profit sharing and nearterm equity partner opportunity.

Northwest Talent Solutions a rapidly growing WSOB/WBE certified recruitment and DEI consulting firm specializing in Technology Finance and Healthcare and partnering with client companies in the private and public sectors is poised for rapid growth. Currently Northwest Talent Solutions is offering a tremendous opportunity for Principal Recruiters to join our team.

Job Overview: As a full commissioned Principal Recruiter you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting toptier talent to fill staffing and recruitment needs for client companies of Northwest Talent Solutions. You will collaborate with our Business Development Executive to understand the needs of our clients source candidates through various channels and guide them through our selection process. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn generous commissions based on successful candidate placements.

Key Scope:

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media professional networks and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screenings to assess qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  3. Candidate Debriefing: Communicate with your candidates after each interview stage to ensure they feel aligned with the tangible and intangible aspects of an opportunity.
  4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and account managers providing guidance and feedback to both parties.
  5. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and competitor analysis to provide insights to hiring managers.
  7. Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  8. Offer Negotiation: Assist in offer preparation and negotiation ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
  9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Success:

  • A successful recruiter at Northwest Talent Solutions submits a minimum of ten viable candidates per week.
  • At goal a Principal Recruiter makes 4 candidate placements per month.
  • Can will and wants to speak with candidates over the phone primarily as well as via email or messaging.
  • Timely communication with the Business Development Executive and candidates is pertinent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (agency preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining an elevated level of productivity.
  • Initiativetaking with a purposeful mindset.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
