As a Associate Finance at Orange Health you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining our mobile applications ensuring a seamless user experience and highquality performance. You will collaborate closely with our crossfunctional teams to develop cuttingedge mobile solutions.

What will you get to do
- Oversee the accounts receivable function including invoicing billing and collections processes and maintain up to date billing system.
- Monitor customer account details for nonpayments delayed payments and other irregularities and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Assist with monthend closing and prepare all the required data on time
- Ensure TDS as per 26AS is accounted for and TDS certificates are collected from customers
- Collaborate with sales customer service and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in statutory audit and prepare audit schedules
Metrics for the role
- Accurate and timely submission of internal reports related to AR functions
- Improve collection efficiency
- Minimize the sales tickets by fixing the systems
Skills we are looking for
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting or related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPA CMA) preferred.
- 35 years of experience in accounts receivable management or related financial roles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
