Are you ready to leverage your IT expertise in the dynamic world of energy trading Axpo Germany is looking for an Endur & Operations Specialist to spearhead the integration and management of our IT solutions. Join us in our quest to ensure operational excellence and innovate our processes in the energy sector.

What you will do:

• Lead the definition of IT solutions by aligning with business processes and ensuring costeffectiveness quality and risk management.
• Develop concepts and specifications evaluate solution options and oversee the acceptance of IT solutions.
• Manage internal and external project partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure low operational risks in the deployment of IT solutions and facilitate their transition to users and Operations.
• Handle booking procedures in ETRMsystem ENDUR and spearhead the development of improvement measures.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines including data protection and information security.
• Work closely with customers/providers business analysts and team members to convert business requirements into deliverables.
• Conduct functional analysis design implementation and organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What you bring & who you are:

• A university degree in Computer Science Management or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the energy trading world with specific experience in ENDUR application management and configuration.
• Proficiency in power and gas operations and reporting systems as well as front applications like Trayport.
• Good business knowledge in ETRM/FTRM/CTRM and some DevOps experience with energy/commodities trading and risk management systems.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills comprehensive knowledge of front to backoffice tasks and strong knowledge of Microsoftbased operating systems.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with an analytical mindset focused on detail and problemsolving.
• Excellent communication skills fluency in English and German and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
