Interior Site Supervisor

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and direct construction projects from start to finish within a timebound schedule.
  
• Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers subcontractors and laborers.
  
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out to specific standards building codes guidelines and regulations.
  
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety guidelines and building codes.
  
• Cost Management: Monitor project budgets and track expenditures minimizing unnecessary costs.
  
• Communication: Act as the point of contact for project stakeholders including clients architects and other professionals.
  
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation and reports.
  
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during construction effectively and efficiently.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or relevant field.
  
• Proven working experience of 12 years as a site supervisor or a similar role in the construction or interior design industry.
