We are seeking a skilled and driven Accounts Executive who is an Inter CA (Intermediate level of
Chartered Accountancy) with 34 years of relevant experience preferably in an industry setting. The
role involves managing accounting operations ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and
supporting financial reporting and analysis. This position presents an excellent opportunity for an
Inter CA to gain valuable industry experience and further their career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Operations:
Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records including general ledger accounts payable
accounts receivable and fixed asset registers.
Perform bank reconciliations account reconciliations and prepare journal entries as required.
Assist in monthend quarterend and yearend closing processes including accruals
adjustments and reconciliations.
Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports as per applicable accounting
standards and company policies.
2. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards tax laws and statutory regulations.
Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns and reports such as GST returns TDS
returns and other regulatory filings.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during auditing processes and address any queries
or discrepancies.
3. Financial Analysis and Support:
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decisionmaking.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis activities.
Contribute to financial modeling scenario analysis and costbenefit analysis for various projects
or initiatives.
4. Process Improvement and Documentation:
Continuously review and streamline accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
and accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to reduce manual efforts and
minimize errors.
Maintain uptodate documentation of accounting policies procedures and processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Inter CA (Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy) from a recognized institute.
34 years of relevant experience in accounting financial reporting and taxation preferably in an
industry setting (experience from a CA firm is not mandatory).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and taxation laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office applications (Excel
Word PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
