Ignite Purpose is excited to launch its TEMP Recruitment Practice seeking Temporary Practice Managers for GP Practices across Sydney. This role requires a dynamic leader who can adapt to varying environments and manage operations efficiently. If you are agile receptive to coaching and eager for personal growth this is your opportunity to lead diverse teams and improve patient outcomes.

  • Manage and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the practice.
  • Implement and maintain procedures for patient data confidentiality record keeping and billing.
  • Supervise staff including receptionists nurses and other administrative personnel.
  • Manage recruitment onboarding training and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
  • Monitor and manage the practice budget; oversee purchasing and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Handle patient complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers insurance companies and other stakeholders.
  • Promote a supportive and positive working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar managerial role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations in NSW.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in healthcare IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with electronic records (EHR) systems. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
