Main Responsibilities
- DTPYou will be responsible for the DTP area related to services and works handled by the company including goods booklets CDs booth decorations magazine advertisements flyers business cards etc.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Logo designCreate logos that match characters and works. You can be involved in creating something from scratch.
- Image material production such as campaign and feature page eyecatching imagesCreate eyecatching images (main visuals) for discount campaigns Twitter header images YouTube thumbnails and end cards LINE stamps etc. covering a wide range of image production.
Other
Depending on your aptitude/preference you may also be involved in mentoring junior designers and team management tasks.You may be involved in projects related to adult content.
Recruitment Background
Opportunities to promote our inhouse character content and participate in events such as Comic Market have increased resulting in an increase in requests for related productions. We have been handling DTP projects and image production projects with UI/UX designers and web designers. DTP projects and image production projects are expected to increase in the future and the required quality is also becoming higher.
In particular there are plans to increase requests for DTP projects in various genres such as our inhouse IP Vtubers and overseas events. We are recruiting DTP designers who can work with us to create productions that maximize user experience!
Work Environment
You can choose between full remote work and coming to the office three days a week or more (hybrid of office and remote).After joining the company you will generally work at the office as a member of the development departments communication design team until you get used to your duties (for about 1 to 3 months). The duration may vary depending on your learning progress.

Full Remote
Arrange your home environment with a full remote allowance (instead of commuting allowance).For those working full remotely instead of the commuting allowance (equivalent to the cost of a monthly commuter pass) we provide a full remote allowance to help you set up a remote work environment. Even for full remote work if you come to the office we provide a roundtrip transportation allowance with a maximum of 2500 yen per day. (There may be changes to the full remote allowance in the future.)

- Remote work: You can choose to come to the office at least 3 times a week or be fully remote depending on the teams policy.
