Technical Support with Portuguese and French

Tasks

• Managing and assisting customer calls via phone email and chat
• Have a daily followup with the users
• Providing the best IT service to our clients to facilitate their work
• Recording calls using their ticketing system
• Contacting other departments to offer effective solutions to the clients
• Developing customer satisfaction goals
• Coordinating and communicating with your team and other departments

Requirements

• Native level of Portuguese
• Full professional level of French
• Full professional level of English
• 1 year of experience in Customer Care or similar roles
• Based in Barcelona or close to
• Strong motivation and skills in the IT field
• You are honest and committed to your work
• Creative in your solutions and resilient to difficulties
• Proactive empathetic and wellorganized in handling workloads
• Great communication positive attitude and interpersonal skills
