Responsibilities:
To deliver quality and quantity of business in line with company goal and mission.
To Manage Monitor Motivate and lead the team.
To ensure all Business and Regulatory policy adherence by the team and self.
To enhance the business of the assigned territory in all parameters of the products and services offered by the company.
To ensure and assist the recruitment deficit of the team is completed within required timeline.
To ensure all business data is up to date and maintained and presented to the Management by time to time.
To ensure all business team are reviewed regularly.
To ensure the adherence to Compliance & Human Resources policy adherence by the team and self.
To deliver the business as per the KPI defined by the Management from time to time.
To take daily update of target achievement from the team daily.
Skills Required:
Strong Relationship Management skills
Excellent understanding of Indian Market and trading strategies
Ability to build and lead large teams with demonstrated track record of leadership skills.
Strong growth and digital mindset to lead and motivate the team in order to achieve higher market share.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Experience in client acquisition customer experience and product knowledge in equity market and wealth advisory.
