Sales Manager

Position Overview:

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of the field sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales a deep understanding of office appliances and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in the office appliances or technology solutions industry.
• Any qualification in Sales or marketing would be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of office appliances such as CCTV systems printers and fingerprint machines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the office appliances market.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Lead by example through active involvement in the sales process.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet with clients understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market analysis.
