Position Overview:

TrovaTal is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our clients team. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving cloud technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and goals.
  • Implement a continuous feedback mechanism encouraging ongoing performance discussions and annual reviews.
  • Review and assess employee benefits packages ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements source candidates and facilitate the interview process.
  • Develop a robust communication strategy for policy updates ensuring employees are wellinformed.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
  • Minimum of 34 years of related HR management experience in a company with at least 150200 employees.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR practices policies and employment laws.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in employee relations performance management and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary range: $100000 $110000 per year.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
  • Hybrid work arrangement combining remote and inoffice work options.
