We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Litigation Attorney to join one of our prestigious law firm clients. As an Attorney specializing in Construction Litigation you will play a pivotal role in leading and expanding the litigation practice providing exceptional legal counsel and maintaining a reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading litigation and overseeing complex cases.
  • Providing strategic direction to attorneys and legal staff.
  • Managing highprofile litigation matters and clients.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring the highest level of legal service.
  • Contributing to the development of litigation strategies and tactics.
  • Leading business development and client acquisition efforts.
  • Mentoring and developing junior attorneys.


Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.
  • 10 years of experience in construction litigation practice preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Strong legal research writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism integrity and ethical conduct.



Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 2+ years of experience in corporate law practice. Strong legal research and writing skills. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
