A Business Manager is a professional who is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include managing and motivating the staff (tailors & admin staff) with great customer service managing business operations as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Must be fashion sensitive and also be creative
Job Responsibility
Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by motivating mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints grievances etc).
Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
