Lead NET Developer

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers in the design development and implementation of software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including project managers business analysts and quality assurance engineers to gather requirements define project scope and ensure timely delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Architect scalable and maintainable .NET applications while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with established coding standards and guidelines.
• Identify and mitigate risks troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to address challenges encountered during the development lifecycle.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in .NET development recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous learning within the development team.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in C# ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational database management systems.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically to design and implement effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore model is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
