Optometrist

We are seeking a highly motivated & passionate optometrist to join our wellestablished team! The right candidate will provide routine eye exams as well as a broad range of treatments related to ocular diseases such as macular degeneration inflammatory eye disease and dry eye syndrome to patients within nursing homes and long term facilities. Optometrist will see patients within a nursing home in Deltona FL.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Perform routine comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts
  
• Perform dilated exams
  
• Treatment of infection and injury
  
• Repair and equip patients with eyeglasses
  
• Proficient in diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
  

Requirements:

• Be available full time
  
• Possess a valid OD/DO license in the state of Florida
  
• Be Board Certified
  
• Comfortable working with geriatric population
  
• Quickly acclimate to new environments
