Job Description:
We are seeking a Java Developer with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and extensive experience in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate. The ideal candidate should thrive in a corporate environment and possess excellent communication skills for international client interactions. Additionally the candidate must demonstrate proficiency in team management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications related to Supply Chain Management using Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor team members ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate software components and improve system performance.
Requirements:
- 45 years of relevant experience as a Java Developer.
- Proficiency in Core Java Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate frameworks.
- Experience working in large corporate environments.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Additional Information:
Expected CTC: Negotiable maximum 10 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate/30 days
