Use a customer database and various methods like Yellow Pages Internet and newspapers to identify potential customers and promote Companys services via phone calls. Build a portfolio of potential customers understand their needs and sell Companys services over the phone. Spot business opportunities assess customer needs and offer Companys services to acquire new customers. Increase the customer and trading database by securing new contracts and persuading customers to engage in business. Maintain customer retention through regular calls resolving customer issues crossselling and employing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction experience and loyalty.
